Location: the hotel was so close to the garden and mountains as well as the foothills of the mournes. All the staff was really helpful and amicable, settled my issues. The room was generous-sized and practical, at least for me.

Stylish accommodation with fab setting near the Mountains of Mourne, right on the edge of town, attractive well maintained gardens with a wonderful view of the Mourne mountains, yet less than a ten minute drive from the centre of Newcastle and the center of the village. Simply no complaints whatsoever, excellent stay.

Had a marvelous breakfast with freshly baked homemade bread, enjoyed the meal. Had a new-fashioned double room with gorgeous views and large bed plus a good view. - Would love to come back. Cherryhill Lodge in Newcastle is a cozy place with delicious homemade bread for breakfast and lovely scenic views from the spacious double rooms. the stay was enjoyable, and the prospect of returning is definitely appealing.

Everything was perfect, it had good wifi. We had an amazing and superb breakfast with marmalade and home made wheaten bread. - the hotel's location was STUNNING, just next door to yet less than a ten-minute drive from the centre of Newcastle, the Mourne Mountains, and Newcastle bus station.

We had a fantastic stay at a real gem of a place! the location was peaceful and offered stunning views of the mountains. the Loft was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a lovely touch of cake and milk left for us. the breakfast was superb, with delicious homemade granola and a tasty fry. John & Patricia, the owners, were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend Cherryhill Lodge for a wonderful stay. Cons: No 👌.
